Project Description: 1) Psychoeducational support groups to improve early childhood outcomes in at-risk women (the Blues Project), 2) infant mortality prevention through a public information campaign (Up With Babies), and 3) hands-on science to improve science achievement and increase minority participation in science careers (Memphis Science Partners). Also have contacts for potential projects in 1) Interprofessional team building in the health sciences, and 2) exercise and obesity interventions for all ages.
